How do I access my premium account

PC format and fresh OS install today. Reinstall Glasswire, log in, but unable to use premium account?
I appear to have two accounts, or something? Very confusing and frustrating.

It sounds like the endpoint has duplicated and the Premium license is stuck on the original, this can happened after OS update. To resolve, please delete the the endpoint which is “offline” and has the Premium license from the endpoints page within the Management Console. You will then be able to assign the now available Premium license to the “online” endpoint.
