How to change Forum email account

I received information from GlassWire homebase that in order to change my email account in the Forum I need to delete my current Forum account and create a new account. I have just scoured all account tabs and could find no way to delete my account.

Can you please explain how to delete my current account?
And instructions on how to create a new account would be good in case I am too dumb to do it myself.
