How to identify device on network?

Today I noticed in Glasswire that there’s a device on my network I can’t identify. Every physical device I know of is accounted for, including my router. All devices I’m aware of have IPs from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.6 - And now there’s one that has an IP of 192.168.1.100 - Glasswire’s info has labeled it as “ARRIS Group, Inc.” on my LAN.

I checked to see if there was any software installed on my machine on the “first seen” date listed, but couldn’t find anything.

Any suggestions on how I can track this thing down?

Thanks!

It will probably be the WiFi adapter in your cable modem/router. Perhaps like this example where the same DHCP addresses range is used:
