I accidentlly signed in with another account(the wrong one) on glasswire but I can’t sign out so that I can re-sign in with my paid account for the software.

GlassWire has no accounts. Just go to the top left menu in the software and choose “deactivate”, then GlassWire will restart, then go to the top left menu and choose “activate” and paste in your code.
