How to trace device

Hello. I just installed Glasswire and have one device that I can’t seem to figure out what it is. The “Info” for the device is “Intel Corporate”. I am not knowledgeable for how to use the DNS and mac address to ‘trace’ the device.

Any idea where I should begin?

I believe it’s most likely a PC with Intel graphics or an Intel WiFi card.

You should find your PC Mac Address to see.

  1. First click Start then Run (in Windows 7, Start and type in the Search Programs and Files box.)
  2. Next enter: cmd
  3. Now enter: ipconfig /all
    If the output scrolled off your screen, and it might on Windows 7, 8, and 10, use: ipconfig /all | more
  4. The Physical Address is your MAC address; it will look like 00-13-F9-3B-88-2D. You will have a physical address for each network connection that you have.

Thank you for the information. I had earlier misidentified the MAC address of the PC I was using. Your hint about ipconfig/all was very helpful.
