How to use Gasswire to check VPN encryption

I need to check the individual data packets leaving through my device. I need to check my VPN encryption using Glassiwre. Can someone guide me how this can be done? I have already gone through previous threads but no help Also, I am using Ivacy VPN for all my data security.

GlassWire does not show contents of individual packets.

However, GlassWire can show you what apps are accessing the network in real time, along with traffic types.

Wireshark is very popular for inspecting packets. There are many tutorials and examples of how to use it.
