I wasn't announced about renewal

And so, in the morning,i’ve seen that i have been billed for another year. I do not use the product and I contest the charge, usually i get a mail about renewal from other companies

All GlassWire subscriptions are automatically renewed each each, you are able to switch this off at anytime within the management console. There is an automatic email which is sent directly form Stripe to inform users 15 days prior to the subscription renewal outlining the renewal cost. This is sent o the email address used to create your account.

If you have contested or disputed the charge, there is a 90 day delay in returning your funds, the easier and quicker option is to email us (help@glasswire.com) so that we can issue a refund immediately.
