In future versions, can the speed limit function of a certain software be added?

We have researched this and we found it use a lot of resources to limit apps, and it kind of undoes the benefits. Perhaps if we find another way to do so in the future we’d consider it.

How is this useful for you to limit something instead of just blocking it completely?
