Hello,
I have a computer with a fully updated Windows 10. If proceed to install GlassWire without selecting Legacy Driver, the installation says at some point “Service name invalid” along with NET HELPMSG 2185. The installation completes. However, the GlassWire Control Service won’t start. Ever.
Is there anything I’m missing?
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you in advance.

It doesn’t seem to me that GW has explained the implications of this setting, either when installing or uninstalling GW.
Maybe @Andrea_GlassWire could elaborate on this point.

Hello @Andrea_GlassWire,
Can you supply the information requested?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
Hi @lksfh148z, could you please provide installer logs from C:\ProgramData\glasswire\service-full\log\update ?
Also, are you using antivirus or software that could block GW installer?
Is there any update on this issue?. Have the same problem on Arm64 W11 Laptop. Btw. The GWCtlCSrv isn’t started - starting manually starts it and after a second or so it ends
