Licence key expired 3 times

Hi, my licence keeps expiring every month or so. I have already bought 3 licences within the last 3 months. It’s getting very wearying and annoying. But the worst part is that because of USD getting stronger, I always have to pay more and more in my currency, every time I buy new licence.

I’ve purchased my first GlassWire licence on 28.4.2022, then on 31.5. and then on 16.6.

What is going on?
