Licenses are missing - rebuilt a PC and cannot add?

I have two accounts, I’m not sure which had licences on but I recehtly bought a black friday sale license to try the full suite.

After getting a new pc I disabled the license on the old one and upgraded the new one, all worked fine. Unfortunately I crashed the new PC and had to rebuild it (good to remove bloatware anyway) but now I cannot find my license at all

I’ve logged into both accounts, both say I have no licenses! ? where has it gone!?

wow @Disaster_Area, you crashed your computer so hard that you also destroied your GW licenses :slight_smile:

Jokes apart, you should be able to log in in the management console (mind you, select the correct cell, EU or US when logging in) and from there you should be able to manage the devices associted with the account, delete the old computer and add the new one.
