Lock down Glasswire firewall configuration

Is there no option to lock down the Glasswire firewall configuration? Why can a user enable/disable the firewall in glasswire? In my opinion this should only be allowed by an administrator account. Or do I misunderstand the firewall configuration in Glasswire?

I don’t have problems with the lock/unlock settings as I’m not using my PC with an administrator account. My concern is that a non-administrator can allow applications to pass the firewall and turn off the firewall with one click. That doesn’t make sense for me.
