It would be nice if there were an option in the drop down menu to manually check for program updates.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on auto-updates and we will implement something like you recommend for that when it’s ready.
For now you can check out download page manually https://www.glasswire.com/download/. Go to the top left GlassWire menu and choose “About” to see what version of GlassWire you have installed.
Yep, that’s what I’ve been doing. Checking the version installed against the version available. Thank you for taking my idea into consideration.
