I’ve read several threads with the same issue, but none of the answers help me. I have several Unknown Devices, and like another user, I have too many devices to change the password. Is there a way to figure out what the unknown devices are? I am interested in upgrading my service, but only if there is a way to figure out what the unknown devices are. Is it possible without changing my password? Would upgrading solve the issue? Thank you!
Are you using our latest software? What does it say if you go to the top left GlassWire menu and choose “About”?
I ask because we update our database sometimes so if you’re using our old software it may not show the devices properly.
If you do a manual scan by pressing the “scan” button under “Things” does that fix it?
