My Glasswire detected my spotify connecting to a suspicious site. Help?

Just a while ago, while using my Spotify desktop app, GlassWire detected that it connected to a suspicious site. I looked up the website, and it seems to be a phishing/scam site. But my virus scan (both of Spotify with GlassWire, and system scan with Bitdefender) shows nothing is wrong. I will link the screenshot I took.

Mostly, I just want to know why my Spotify would have done this?

For some reason some apps seem to connect to that domain to maybe check Internet connectivity, or for some other reason?

Unfortunately this domain has been listed as a malware domain by some third parties https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.test.com so now some of our users get this warning.
