My key has been used too many times

Hello. I bought a lifetime membership way back when they sold them around 2017. I got one key but I think it can only be used 3 times. The last one my hard drive just locked up and I can’t deactivate it.

When I entered it into Glasswire on my new PC it said to contact Glasswire for help.

I assume you just reset it for me?

You must deactivate old devices before you attempt to upgrade a new one.

If you are unable to do this, please email help@glasswire.com and they can do this for you.
