Password recovery

I’m trying to change my password but I appear to be stuck in a loop. After clicking on “Forgot Password” I’m prompted to enter my email. I’ve checked against my account details several times to make sure I’m entering the correct details, which I do, but I keep getting the same message every time… ( Your login attempt timed out. Login will start from the beginning.) Please help.
