When executing the installer for Version 3.8.1061, Bitdefender reported that it was disinfecting the program prior to the installation window appearing. Additionally, VirusTotal shows a detection for “Artemis!3A323A46AE7D” by Trellix ENS (which I suspect is a false positive). I verified the file hash against the one provided on the website before execution, and it matched perfectly. Should I be concerned? I would appreciate it if the GlassWire team could verify this to ensure the installer’s integrity.
Thanks for reporting this. Yes, this is a false positive. I’ll reach out to Bitdefender to report this and get this cleared on their end. Can you confirm the product you’re using that flagged this? This is the list it allows me to choose from when submitting a false positive for analysis.

Quick update - Bitdefender got back to us and confirmed this was a false positive. Their Malware Research Team reviewed the installer and indicated that the detection will be removed in an upcoming update.
