I tried to upgrade from free to Premium. Allegedly, I am linked via my Chase 1519 credit card; however, the process appears to have halted because the process said I cannot use Chase Bank.
I do not know how to fix this. I cannot find the contact button on my profile/Glasswire acct page.
@RolandJS Absolutely! In case you missed my direct message, you can click on the GlassWire menu icon in the top right corner of this screen and click on Personal Messages (envelope icon) to view private messages that are sent to you.
04/14/26. Again, having trouble with glasswire software acknowledging that i already have been paying for a $2.99/monthly subscription for Premium. How do I fix this?
I cannot use glasswire website because it wants to charge me again for i already paid for.

The last mod post in this forum is nearly two weeks old. If you want any chance for a timely response I’d rather email them.
Your screenshot lists:billing@glasswire.com otherwise just try help@glasswire.com and they can figure it out internally.
Check if your Chase card details are correct and try a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact GlassWire support through the menu > Personal Messages. Also, try clearing your browser cache or using another browser.
