Purchased but Not Activated

I sent an email to the help GlassWire email. I’ve purchased a subscription. It sent me to the download page. I downloaded the program. I went into the program and tried to log in. The program asked me for my email address. Once I put in my email address, it booted me over to a management page. After that, I went to see if my program was activated. I noticed it was not. I went back to the management page and noticed that it’s showing I haven’t subscribed for a year. My bank account says different.

I hope my issue can be resolved.

Updated Note: I’ve notified the help and billing teams of what’s going on. I purchased a second license, but I will need a refund on one of them.
