Blocked the five Razer exe active on my PC, but see three of them are still uploading info regularly. Just 5.0kb, 473b and 74b, but should be 0 in my mind. Am I missing something?

On my personal PC I have a Razer mouse, and I can’t recreate this currently. Hopefully you will find the issue with this page?
