Reinstalled OS and now Glasswire isn't premium?

Is Glasswire limited to only one machine, instead of it being account based? That’s rather silly if so.

One license can be used for one endpoint only. If you only have one endpoint, there is a chance the endpoint is duplicated. Please open the Management Console and navigate to the endpoints page. If you see a duplicate, delete the one which is “offline” as this is probably holding on to the Premium license. You will then be able to upgrade the remaining endpoint with the now available license.
