can’t connect to remote servers, the ports are open and firewall wall is off yet no connection!

  • Please click on the remote server and take a screenshot of the message displayed on the screen.

  • Please collect the logs after attempting to connect to the remote server.

  • Please double-check the configured IP in the local and remote GWs by going to settings->RemoteAccess.

  • Please verify that remote access is enabled and that the credentials are correct.
