can’t connect to remote servers, the ports are open and firewall wall is off yet no connection!

Please collect the logs after attempting to connect to the remote server.

Please double-check the configured IP in the local and remote GWs by going to settings->RemoteAccess.

Please verify that remote access is enabled and that the credentials are correct.
