Remote monitoring a laptop not working

I’m trying to remote monitor my laptop. I go to Settings, Client, Remote Server, press Add New Server, click on the icon, set Name to “Laptop”, set IP to “192.168.60.104”, set password, check Enable and press OK. Returning to Graph, I have a choice of two buttons on the left. I press “Laptop” and press button to Connect. It never does. What am I doing wrong?

Are you able to ping that laptop IP? Is the GlassWire software running on that laptop? Please check these instructions https://www.glasswire.com/userguide/#Remote_Monitoring. Thanks!

I hadn’t tried. I just did and yes, I can ping. I didn’t have the software on both machines before, but I do now. I’ll try again a little later (eating).
