I have stopped using your products a year ago, but I still get charged for them. How can I remove my subscription?
If you purchased a legacy license (Bais, Pro or Elite), you are able to cancel your subscription from your original purchase email, from Cleverbridge.
If you purchased a new license (Premium) which have been available since November 2022, then you can manage your billing and disable the subscription from inside the Management Console.
Alternatively, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your email address used to purchase and/or purchase order number, and we can cancel this for you.
