Remove billing card

I have stopped using your products a year ago, but I still get charged for them. How can I remove my subscription?

If you purchased a legacy license (Bais, Pro or Elite), you are able to cancel your subscription from your original purchase email, from Cleverbridge.

If you purchased a new license (Premium) which have been available since November 2022, then you can manage your billing and disable the subscription from inside the Management Console.

Alternatively, please email to including your email address used to purchase and/or purchase order number, and we can cancel this for you.
