Remove license broken computer

I had to change computer after mine died trouble is when I go to activate licence on new one its says you have maxed seats

killing stale seats easier if a computer dies 3 days? even Bluebeam got back to me faster..

No reply… Yes this happens as other users have mentioned.

Have you sent a message to support (help@glasswire.com)? If you have, I want to try to track it down to make sure it got delivered correctly.

Have you tried navigating to your Management Console and deleting the computer from the Endpoints page?
