Reset password is a dead end

I have tried logging in with the username/pswd I entered when I created the account, but the login fails. If I try to “reset password”, when I click the link in the email they send, it hits a dead end page and simply says “you are already logged in”. No, I am not.

I have seen that you have emailed about this as well. If you rest your device ID you should be able to log in to your account from the endpoint and assign your Premium license. Step to rest the device Id::

  1. Stop GW service via the task manager.
  2. Run regedit.exe and remove CloudDeviceId parameter at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GlassWire
  3. Restart GW service.

I have the same problem. None of that works. I’m a paying customer. My password doesn’t work; and the password link says “you are already logged in.” If I’m logged in, why can’t I access the console or anything? I already updated my endpoint while I actually was still logged in. Now, I’m not able to log in and upgrade to the premium features that I’m paying for. Make it make sense. Allow me to change my password. This is a new account, by the way.
