For a company who say security is paramount i see nothing but pure failure here.
THE FORUMS ARE BEING SPAMMED… Why is no one manning the fort?
I am so glad i witnessed this myself, would never have believed if someone else told me this was happening. You guys cannot be serious, i removed Glasswire back in Jan24 and to be blunt “i wont be re-installing this”. My confidence has be shattered. Glasswire is DEAD!
Personally i would log out that portal and block GW at firewall level or even remove GW altogether. Until someone from GW presents themselves i think its a huge risk to carry on using the platform in its current state.
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing these concerns to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for the recent issues on our forum and want to assure you that they have been resolved. We understand your frustration and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.
I dont know who now owns this company or even what their objectives are but this is pure negligence. Nothing more or nothing less.
the statement (if you can call it that) @Sahar_GlassWire posted is an insult to the folks who help build Glasswire. almost a year with a broken kernel, what are you folks doing? The forum has become a production line for Hormel Foods Corporation (for those that don’t know they produce “SPAM”) Seriously what are you actually doing?
FTR this would NEVER have happen under the previous owners and on that note, you should get to know this, “you should be ashamed of yourselves” for taking a great product and trashing it!
The New Owners of Glasswire is: Domotz.
I tried to put the link in this post for more info of that company but couldn’t because new members of this forum cannot post links.
That’s nice, I try to post a link for user information on this software and can’t. But Spammers get away with posting hundreds of links a day.
Hi @ProTruckDriver,
that’s true, we are testing stricter rules for moderation. Incidents like this should not happen again.
Here is the link you wanted to post,
and for the sake of clarity, you can easily find this information in our policies:
I’ve been flagged for moderator approval for sharing links too. It took over three days before my post was approved and I had to reach out to a moderator about it. I’ve been here a long time, too.
