Hello, I have encountered multiple service outages recently, and I had to manually restart the service. This usually happens when a large amount of upload and download traffic is in progress. How can I handle this?
This is known issue. No solution so far.

same problem here, GW suddenly just quitting on me for no apparent reason, doesnt seem traffic related for me…
do they have an ETA? this is very lame for a security protection software

From what I have got from the support there is no ETA. They are familiar with the problem since end of November.
