Stuck on Overdue Payment

When I try to resubscribe Glasswire claims I have an overdue payment and that I need to update my billing information. After updating my billing information when I try to subscribe again I get the same overdue payment error.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on how to resolve? I emailed the help support email however I haven’t received any response.
