I’m interested because this has been an ongoing problem - I’ve had it many times.
@Thales_Vilela, trom the look of past problems, you could:
- install the latest version if you don’t already have it
- uninstall, reboot and reinstall - you can clear all past data during the install.
FYI, here’s the history I looked at:
- 1.1.15 resolved - user downgraded or deletws GlassWire folders before reinstalling
1.1.15b : Glasswire service stopped running
Glasswire service has stopped running - 1.1.1x resolved - user had turned off the Windows Firewall
The GlassWire Service Has Stopped Running - 1.1.3x resolved - install new version
The GlassWire service stopped running - 1.1.39 unresolved
The GlassWire service stopped running - 1.1.41 resolved - uninstall, delete GlassWire folders and reinstall
