“Things” tab though simply says No Network Connection

So had a look at the similar thread but it seems you don’t give a solution to this. I did all what was asked and I am on the latest version

Can you tell me about your network connection? Is it WiFi or Ethernet?

If you uninstall our app, then reboot your PC then reinstall our latest version does it solve it?
