Anyone have any luck getting a response? I have emailed help@glasswire and activation@glasswire but haven’t received a response. I am a paying customer and cannot activate my service, and it has been a week since I requested help from support with no response.

Hello there, thank you for your assistance. I did receive a message from support on 8/1 in which they asked me for some screenshots showing the application and my online management console. I provided those screenshots first thing in the morning on 8/2 but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet (and its now the morning of 8/6). Will I be refunded for the amount of time I am not able to use the service due to support not communicating with me in a timely manner? Because this is now 10 days in which I haven’t been able to use my service, and I’ve only heard from support one time (aside from you saying that you will get support in touch with me.
