Unable to view Endpoints or Subscription Plan in Management Console


I noticed yesterday that when logged into the management console, I am unable to view any of the details of my endpoint or subscription plan. Attempting to view them shows the following:

This means that I am unable to activate any further PCs on my subscription.

I’ve tried logging out and back in again, and from different PCs but the result is the same.

Please help!


I am having this exact same issue but I dont see any error or anything. It just shows no endpoints for me.
