I have today upgraded to V3 Basic however, whilst the program recognises that I have a subscription with xxx days left, it neither recognises my password to login, nor will it send me a password change email, yet I am able to login to the forum , am I missing something here?

The login to the forum and the login to the Glasswire account are different. You have to sign up to the Glasswire account with its own email and password

Eric is correct. With v3 we introduced the GlassWire account so users can access a web portal linked to their account and manage their subscriptions. Please create your account and then you can still activate the Baisc license code you purchased.
