Version 3.9.1102 blocks dns server running to localhost 127.0.0.1

Hello team,

I’m using DNS server running on my PC on the localhost loopback 127.0.0.1.After upgrading to 3.9.1102 it does not work.

With version 3.8 i used the legacy network drivers and it was working, not there is no legacy option on installation.

Please for your help.

Alex

Hi,

Uninstall and go back to Version 3.8.1061

Thank you for the reply and for point the working rerelease! Can you please help me how to download 3.8.1061?
Is there any plan to fix this in a later release?
Regards,
Alex

Hello, that version is currently available at changelog’s webpage GlassWire Software Version Changes List

I have similar issue, check topic “Glasswire block Cloudflare WARP“ (sorry I’m new user and I can’t add link)

Same for SonicWall CSE, as it seems - got a local DNS running on 127.0.0.5 (to ensure “safe browsing”), which does not work anymore, just with the “legacy” driver from the old version 3.8.1061 from their product’s changelog, which still contains the legacy driver: glasswire(dot)com/changes/

I do also await an update from them eagerly!
