I’ve tried to purchase glasswire pro 7 times using different credit cards and trying to use paypal. Every time it says it needs to be manually processed and every time it says that it is not authorized. How do I purchase the services???
Sorry for the issue. Are you getting any attempted order numbers or emails from our billing company? If you can email me that info I can ask them to investigate and give details on what’s wrong.
OK…I’ve sent an email to your helpdesk. Turns out I’ve tried to purchase it 8 times, all references included in the email. Hopefully they can get this figured out.
