Website improvement suggestions

For the main page… Can we lose the silly full page questions? I get what you guys were going for but it honestly is more of an annoying nuisance that anything beneficial. Ideally it should be placed in a “Learn More About Glasswire…” link.

On the frontpage, at the top should be a link to the forums. A community can be great for all kinds of things from feedback, suggestions, and even users helping other users with common issues. Take advantage of it, don’t hide it way down in the footer.

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again. There needs to be a changelog with the download and current version on the frontpage. Don’t make people have to search around for it. Oh and it’s changelog, not change list.

On that subject, when viewing the changes page have a link to the previous versions beside their version numbers. This is helpful if a current release has issues for some users, they can then roll back and wait to update to the latest version. It’s better to roll a version back and still be protected rather than completely uninstall the software because it’s not working at all. This would be beneficial to users as they can just go back to a working version and wait for a fix/hotfix.

I wouldn’t worry about the forum I don’t think many actually read it anyway.

I agree. It really is a horrible take over of the browser and reminds me of invasive/malicious ads that you get on file sharing sites.
