What's the best Antivirus Software to pair with GlassWire firewall?

As the title says, what’s the best antivirus software are you using in pair/combo with GlassWire Firewall?

Or…does GlassWire now come with its own antivirus modules?

On Windows I use:
GlassWire to manage the firewall.
Windows Defender for antivirus.
Malwarebytes Premium for anti-malware.

On Android I use GlassWire, Sophos and Lookout.

The best antivirus for GlassWire + Windows Defender for most users should use. If you want extra protection and features, Bitdefender, Norton, Avast, or AVG are excellent antivirus choices to pair with it.
