When I go into USAGE in Glasswire ELITE

EVERYTHING is BLANK! ALL APPS TRAFFIC & PUBLISHERS all BLANK!
why?
I ungraded this software about 3 or 4 months ago and it’s been the SAME EVER SINCE???

I am using 3.5.501 version of Glasswire

Why can’t I send a Picture OF what I see? OR can I put it on MY WEBSITE and show you what’s going on? ALSO I put in a DECA SYSTEM and the internet is working except two of my Cameras and ALEXIA is not working and MY wife is freaking out!
Worked before and alexia says she “can’t find an internet connection” & she is in the kitchen in between the MAIN and one other BOX (3 total)

Make sure you have latest version 3.5.522.

You can post what you see by pressing the [PRTSC] key and it will copy the screen, then paste it in your text by holding down the [CTRL] key and press the[V] key. Hope that helps. Sorry, I can’t help on the connection part because I’m using an older version of Glasswire. (Ver. 2.3.449) because I don’t like the layout on the newer version.
