Where is support?

I have a query that has not been responded to in 6 days. What’s going on?

GlassWire seem to have stopped engaging in this forum too.
My spidey-senses are tingling.

I think we all could make an educated guess on whats not going on.
As the saying goes.
“All good things don’t last for ever”

Well if you ask me there’s simply NO SUPPORT since about half a year if not more.

All version beyond 3.4.694 fail since the glasswire service dies within a minute after being started.
I sent a dozend of emails incl. log files within the past 6 months.

And I simply got NO qualified replay since then apart from someone named sahar writing that the logs were forwarded to the devs.

Wonder if Sahar ever checked if being all alone in the home office while the devs left the company years ago.

Most lousy brand since decades if you ask me, and pretty sad, since Glasswire was a fantastic software that days it did work.

Only positive aspect … the old 3.4.694 still does what’s needed, but a simply reply from the support that they aren’t able to track my issue or giving a hint about where I could have look if 3 of my win11 machines all share the same problem on my side would be appreciated.
But by now I gave up, and I’m somewhat unsure if they aren’t able or aren’t willing to get issues solved.
