Where's the manual? I can't figure it out

My network items don’t change, even when I shut down a computer. I’ve had 8 items for 2 days. Shouldn’t it change when I shut down a computer or disable wifi on a phone?

I see spikes, but don’t know how to interpret them. When I click on them, nothing happens. Shouldn’t I be able to see the reason for the spike?

Check out some of these guides, including the user guide. When you say your network items don’t change do you mean your alerts don’t change, or your graph is blank, or what exactly are you seeing?

It would be nice if there was an offline manual/user guide. An additional help icon popping up the manual to the appropriate topic would be very helpful.
