Windows defender blocking glasswire rules

Hi,

My windows defender blocks glasswire rules. In this case, it blocks, Glasswire.app.out_2 outbound rule. My internet connection is blocked. Then I have to click on allow to make it work. This happens each time I restart my system.

I have tried reinstalling glasswire by restoring windows firewall default settings. But still creates issues.
Whats a permanent fix for this?

I think this is an issue left over from a previous version of GlassWire 2. To solve it:

Uninstall GlassWire in add/remove programs.
Go to your “Windows Firewall” control panel and choose “Restore Defaults”.
Reboot (important!)
Reinstall GlassWire while checking two boxes in the installer: Reset Defaults and Rest Windows Firewall
