WinStoreApp.exe sending data to a verizon network

I’m not sure why but in my glasswire WinStoreApp.exe started running out of nowhere and I didn’t open the app at all, so I checked my Security Task Manager and it says its sending data to an ip thats supposedly verizon. I don’t know if this is normal or not but its scaring me and if it’s a virus how should I get rid of it? IP: 72.21.91.29

It may have been updating apps and pulled from a local CDN (Content Distribution Network).

We found it’s normal for that app to have some Internet connectivity.
