You just hit your traffic limit!

I set my traffic limit “Out” to 2 MB.

After 5 minutes running my laptop where I had almost no traffic I got this warning.

After closer inspection shows that the upload traffic was far below 2MB!

Why do I get this warning, i just want monitore only outgoing traffic?!
