We’re some of the many who agree that the notification is real annoying…

This is the reason we’re given:

Notification "Block All mode"

We’re afraid to hide the “Block all” window, because we’re afraid some user may think their Internet is broken and not know why. Windows now hides most apps listed in the notification area by default so it may be difficult or impossible to figure out what’s happening for most normal users without this box. Maybe we can add some hidden setting somewhere for power users like you. Sorry for the problem and thanks for your feedback.

My thoughts are unchanged from 3.5 years ago. This should be a setting that we can disable if we don’t want it:

Suggestion: Change the Block All notification window

At present the Block All notification window is placed in the bottom right corner of the screen just like a normal notification.
