currently I’m not a GlassWire user but sometimes a firewall or a VPN (especially if the VPN killswitch is enabled) could block the communication between the service and the client. If I remember correctly it occurred to me a few years ago when I had installed GlassWire Free as a network monitor, in that case it was the firewall.
